We make the hiring process for the social impact space smarter, more efficient, and more equitable.

At Meso, we know that real and impactful change is the result of thousands of people working hard everyday on the issues that matter most. Successes in the philanthropic sector, electoral spaces, and all social good spaces impact each and every one of us! We know that these successes can only happen when passionate and talented people are given the opportunity to lead and grow these spaces.

Many of the organizations and companies fighting for change have limited resources, and hiring can consume dozens of hours of valuable time, in addition to money and resources. Hiring isn’t always intuitive, and with other duties and tasks it can be difficult to make the time to teach staff critical hiring skills. This can lead to hiring someone that not only doesn’t fit the role, but could also be negatively impacting the organization by upholding the status quo.

What’s in a Name?

Meso (pronounced MEH-zo) refers to “mesoscale analysis,” a weather prediction process. It allows forecasters to make sense of a wide variety of factors at play in creating the storm and help them hone in on the right target.

We recognize that hiring can often feel like the chaos of weather, but we’re here to help you throughout the process.
